Who we are
This website, work02.online, is operated by <company name>, <company address>. For any privacy question, contact us at <contact email>.
Website hosting and security
Our website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type, in order to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't use this data to identify you.
Map on the contact page
Our contact page shows a live map from OpenStreetMap. To draw it, your browser loads map images directly from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which therefore receives your IP address and browser type. The map loads only when you click "Show map" on the contact page; before that, nothing is sent to OpenStreetMap. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We rely on our legitimate interest in showing where to find us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you enter (your name, email address, the optional company and phone, the subject and your message) as an email in our mailbox, so that we can answer you. The form is sent by our website's server code at Cloudflare and delivered by our email provider, Purelymail. We rely on your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering questions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep your message as long as needed to answer it and any follow-up, and delete it when it is no longer needed. The form itself sets no cookies.
Spam protection of the contact form
To keep spam away, our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the contact page, Turnstile checks in the background that a real browser is visiting; for this your browser sends Cloudflare technical signals such as your IP address, browser type and connection details, and Cloudflare may set a cookie. Cloudflare uses these signals only to tell people from automated programs, not to identify, profile or target anyone. This is strictly necessary to protect the form, so it needs no consent; we rely on our legitimate interest in a form free of spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website analytics (only with your consent)
If you consent, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used and how quickly it loads.
What is collected: the page you visit, the referring page, browser and device type, your approximate country (derived from your IP address), and page-load performance measurements. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. We see only aggregated statistics, not individual visitors.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with <the national law that implements Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive>). Without your consent, the analytics script is not loaded.
Processor and transfers: Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the EU, including in the United States. For such transfers Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, should it lapse, on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Retention: the statistics are available to us for up to six months.
Cookies
We use cookies only where this website needs them, and analytics only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
cookie_consent (strictly necessary): remembers your choice in our cookie banner, that is whether analytics is allowed and when you chose. It is set by this website, lasts 12 months and is never sent to anyone else. After 12 months, or if we change how we use analytics, we ask again.
Cookie of the spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile (strictly necessary): may set a cookie of Cloudflare's on the contact page, to protect the form against spam (see “Spam protection of the contact form”).
